We are hiring people for various departments. The qualification required for the various positions are given below:-
Head - Measurements Division
The person should be a Ph.D. in chemistry or material science with a work experience of over seven years in academia or industry. The experience should include physicochemical assessment of organic compounds and compositions. An exposure to measurements in foods and other FMCG products would be advantageous. The person should have expertise in devising measurement methods for evaluating effectuality and safety of products. The age of the person should be above 35 years.
Research Scientists - Exploratory Research (Five Positions)
The candidates applying for the post of research scientist should have doctorate degrees in Organic Chemistry (for two of the positions), Physical Chemistry, Material Science, Surface Chemistry (one position), Polymer Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biotechnology (one position), Nutrition and Biochemistry (one position). Further postdoctoral work experience in academia or any industry for a minimum of two years is also required. The person should have at least a few publications in good scientific journals. The selected scientists will be occupied in basic and exploratory research in the field of plant derived products. The age of the candidate should be around 30 years.

Chemistry (One Position)
Engineering (One Position)
The candidate applying for the post of scientist in Chemistry should have a doctorate degree in Organic Chemistry, Natural Products and the one applying for engineering post should be a chemical engineer. For both the post, a work experience of a minimum two years is required for the scientist, and five years for the engineer respectively. The candidates will be involved in the innovation of product and process.
Research Scientists - MeasurementsPhysicochemical (One Position)
Microbiological (One Position)
The candidate applying for the post should have a doctorate degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology and Material Science (for the physicochemical area). In addition to this, the person should also have at least two years of work experience in academia or FMCG and any drug industry. For the physicochemical field, experience should be in modern instrumental analysis. The selected candidates will be positioned in the measurement division.
Scientist - Perfumery and Flavouring The candidate should be a postgraduate in Science or graduate in Engineering. He/she should have been active in olfactory assessments for a minimum of 5 years. The candidate should be well-versed in odour & flavour ratings, base odour and compounding masking. The candidate should be expert in networking and documentation.
Scientist - Information and Documentation The candidate should be a postgraduate in Library Science with an experience two years or more. The candidate should have good exposure to modes of information retrieval, data storage, and literature search. He/she should also have exposure to IPR documentations, especially patents.
Sr. Software Developer (One Position)The candidate should have a master's degree in computers with an experience of 5 years or more in software development. The person should be expert on demonstrating VB6. The candidate should have ample of experience with SQL Server 2000. He/she should also have a good knowledge of SDLC.
Junior Programmer (One Position)The candidate should be a graduate in computers with a minimum experience of 2 yrs. He/she should have experience in Visual Basic 6 & SQL Server 2000.
